Do You Like The Shoot Out Idea

How do to feel about the idea of a shoot-out after a 10 min OT period...
It will work something like this .after a 10 min OT the teams will quit the game owners will message the on duty Bog and bog will join home teams party with the team dropping one player out of the game and the bog taking the players spot in the lineup at puck drop all players go to bench area on the ice and stay there each team picks 3 shooters and they go 1 on 1 vs the goalie till there is a winner (each owner is responsible for their players ) any players, not following the rule or being a distraction or being disruptive will cost their team to forfeit the shootout and take the loss and may face further actions

it'd be something no other league does, and you want to differentiate yourself
